Design Scope

• Improve overall site design; emphasis on "Team" concept

• Site design criteria; design not typical of today's most commonly used designs for a real estate company. Concept; A Small city company, family oriented and focus on company's strength in the real estate business of Lexington, KY.

• Additional needs:

1. Move domain to a new Host with 7 X 24 hour support.

2. Provide ability for staff to make content changes.

3. Create an email form that pops up to eliminate dependency of site users having to use their own PC based email software.

4. Add a "Featured Home" for sale feature.

5. Provide the ability for site users to search the local MLS system.

6. Provide a "Current Listings" for all Broker listings which eliminates need for staff to keep it updated. (This is linked, transparently, to the MLS system via IDX)

7. Add an "About Us" page and an "Agents" page.

8. Add pages for local county School Districts schools.

9. Add a "New Homes" feature, since one of the clients specialty is new construction.

10. Add a "Flash" introduction on home page.
